Morton scans the landscape for tussock

We received an email from one of our members, Alan Morton, with some great photos from his monthly Serrated Tussock inspections. His email and images are below, thanks Alan. It will make a good case study……stay tuned!

Just a few hours out here and there but always staying on top of the tussock in paddocks or our plantations. This is good news for the areas around Myrniong and Pentland Hills, with less tussock than there once was. Out in the paddocks during Covid shut down has been a good time to inspect. How about the little Willie Wagtail minding the calves. The saltbush is in amongst our trees that were part of a Grow West project and now it’s part of our Trust For Nature Covenant land.

Cheers
Morts
