The Victorian Serrated Tussock Strategy 2012 – 2017 is the primary guiding strategy for the Victorian Serrated Tussock Working Party.
The strategy outlines four key objectives:
- Early detection capabilities are in place and outlying infestations are managed.
- Strategically manage existing infestations.
- Effectively manage the means by which serrated tussock spreads to minimise its proliferation.
- Increase the capability and willingness to manage the problem.
